New Smashin' Fashion Royal Premiere Set Revealed
Out of the blue a new G4 My Little Pony set was announced on Entertainment Earth: the Smashin' Fashion Royal Premiere Set! With the lack of a Toy Fair this year and absence of the annual Hasbro brand catalogue, a lot is unknown about the sets to be released this year. So this new set could be the start of a lot more 'final' G4 releases.The set we're looking at today features some very pearly Smashin' Fashion 'anthro' figures of Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, Princess Cadance and Shining Armor. The latter receives some very heavy eyebrows in contract to his earlier releases, but he's still recognizable.

Aside from the human-like-ponies with a pearly finish, the accessories shine as well: Most of the 50+ included pieces of clothing, shoes and accessories have a glossy finish too. And know that these are interchangeable with the other figures in the Smashin' Fashion line.

Pre-orders are directly available for $29.99 on Entertainment Earth with a planned release date in June.

Fun fact: Shining Armor has the same hair as the earlier released DJ Pon-3!

    He doesn't look any different from DJ Pon3 honestly. Both white unicorns with a blue mane, using the same hair mold didn't help. Haha. I guess he's a clear distinct male because only men have eyebrows.

    Why is celestia the only Alicorn here? Luna and cadence are oddly unicorns in this. (Probably early in production, so they're prototypes?) Interesting nonetheless.
