Seems like we will get another Styling Strands Fashion Style Pony besides Fluttershy. And this time it's Rarity! She was already shown during the NY Toy Fair but now she has appeared on Amazon. She will feature the same hair style as the Fluttershy one which means she has fabric strands in her hair. There's however a rumor that the hair quality isn't that great. She's listed on the french Amazon for EUR 21,40.
