Just want to say, Amazon had this available for preorder back when it was first announced briefly. But due to Amazon's ongoing dispute with Little Brown & Co it was pulled from being available to order.
ReplyDeleteI, however, preordered this from Amazon... So I hope they still ship it to me, or at least refund me the preorder price so that I can buy it eventually in a brick and mortar store.
