VioletCLM from the MLPArena has stumbled upon this one. After we found out about a Pink Nurse and Purple Mr Cake it seems we now also have a black Nurse Blind Bag. She is likely to be a fake/prototype but still, I think she looks hilarious and awesome. It's like a nightmare nurse.

    I bought a black nurse figure off eBay from a chinese seller. I can't see if there's a stamp on the bottom of her hoof as she's so dark. The paint job on her hair and hat is less than stellar, but the eyes, cutie mark and cross on the hat are perfect and obviously identical to other mlp figures of this sort, and her molding is excellent. My guess is that she's either a fakie or was part of a run to test the mold/paint for other figures.
