MLP Merch Poll #63MLP Merch Poll #62 Results
Last week we asked you what you think the best merch release of 2015 was. And, as we already expected, the Equestria Girls Minis won! Even with only the final weeks of 2015 of actual sales, these figures were simply too cute not to like. Second place is for the Friendship is Magic Collection, which introduced a whole new way to play and collect 'blind bag'-figures. Another popular option was the Friendship Games line of Equestria Girls dolls. And at the bottom we find the Playskool Friends figures who, even though we think they're cure, couldn't win from the other releases.

For this weeks poll we'd like to know how Hasbro can improve their line of POP ponies. We know that a new line is coming soon, but will it be enough to drive up the low popularity of POP ponies?
You can find the current poll below or in the side bar on the right of the website, or towards the bottom of the page if you're using a smartphone.

  1. What I personally still would like to see is one big box complete with some random Body Parts, Hair, Wings etc... this way people can create their own characters even better without using parts of already existing characters.

    1. That is an awesome idea Ilona! What would also be cool is if they sold the mane 6 all together in one box so I don't need to go crazy trying to get the mane 6. I like to keep them true to their look on the show. Then after I get that settled, I mix'em up.

      .3.

  2. I'd like to see more show accurate toys overall. The new EqG Mini line is big step in the right direction. :D

  4. I think they need to make them out of better, more solid materials. I don't like how cheap they feel.

  6. The pop ponies should all come with hair like on normal ponies. I don't like those molded Afros and stringy things

    1. Exactly. I just think they really need a new mold for them. I don't-no, I HATE the button eye look. Give them their regular eyes! What would also be cool is if there was a peg hole where the cutie mark should go, so then you could switch up the cuite marks! But again, button eyes. Hate them. The look like pony lala loopsies!!! I think they fixed the eyes, but i'm not sure.

  7. Why not be able to scan In your toy and play with it on a tablet. And change design. Just scan your complete pony and watch it come to life.

  8. In my country Mexico most of the merchandise in general was limited to major cities in 2015 (mostly EG Rainbow Rocks Dolls and some brusables), with only a few wide releases (mostly basic brushables) and some of them probably have not been released (unfortunately the wave 2 and 3 of POP Ponies).
So what I want is to improve the distribution

  9. I think they should do all the poll responses except nothing.

  10. I would like the pop ponies better than the regular brushable ones if it weren't for their design. The hollow legs and weirdly shaped face don't look good at all. If they looked more like regular brushables I'd like them.
