Our My Little Pony database was ready for a (well overdue) update over the weekend and several of the items we added might not have been posted about on our blog or social media. Therefor a quick update on everything that has been added, so that everyone who is not subscribed to our newsletter know what's new.

It's time to reveal the big project we've been working on in the past few months! Followers of our Twitter may have already seen the sneak peak we posted, but now it's official: We're launching a multi-brand toy and doll database called The Toy Pool!

We've been a bit quiet lately, and that's not without reason. Aside from us moving houses and still unpacking stuff we also worked hard on the most requested databases: we introduce LOL-Dolls.com as the latest website to our family featuring all there is to know about L.O.L. Surprise dolls!

Hopefully everyone has enjoyed their viewing of the My Little Pony: A New Generation! In the mean time we have been busy with finishing 3 large database updates this week, and are happy to be able to share those with you all.

We have a brand new feature in our database that makes it much easier to send in your photos! The good-old 'Image Missing' placeholder has now been replaced with a button and clicking it opens a short form where you can directly upload photos of your pony. Better yet, if you're on a mobile device you can directly take a photo from there. Aside from picking a photo, you can include your name so that we directly know who to credit for the donated picture.

If you want to help out and send in photos of your ponies to fill up the gaps in the database, be sure to check our handy guide. This will teach you how to make the perfect photo and gives you some examples on the do's and don'ts. And if you want to check our which ponies we're missing images of, you can visit our new submit page where they're all listed.

And to celebrate this new feature we're hosting a new giveaway! If you submit photos in the database before the end of April, and your photo is selected, you could win a $50 Amazon shopping spree on us!

Giveaway details:

• Giveaway runs from 3/14/2021 till 4/30/2021
• One winner will receive a $50 USD Amazon shopping spree (we will purchase items of up to $50 USD from the winner's Amazon.com wishlist)
• Submit photos in the database and enter your email address in the form
• Only submitted photos that are selected for the database are eligible to win (i.e. photos that follow the guidelines)
• Each eligible photo is one entry (more photos = bigger chance of winning)
• At the end of the giveaway all submitted photos will be evaluated and entries will be counted
• The winner will be picked at random from all eligible entries and contacted through email

Over the past few months we've been working on a secret project, and we're happy to finally share this with you: as of today our newest website Nendoroid Heaven is online!

Today we proudly present the latest update for the MLP Merch database! It took us a bit more time than we initially expected, but with the current global situation we found more available time to work on make the database a better and faster experience.
In this post we'll share all the new and improved stuff, and hope that you can enjoy the databases now more than ever!

April Fools! Of course our primary focus hasn't been the release of the G4 Hot Air Balloon database, but we are in fact very close to a big update of the G1 database. We're basically merging the international release with the local releases and nirvana's into a more complete collection of everything G1. Including (closely estimated) release years, manufacturers and more photos! We still can't give an exact release date for it yet, but know that are we in the process of testing the code changes at the moment.

It's been a bit quiet here in the past few weeks, and we're fully aware of that. That's why we did want to share the reasons behind this and what our plans are for the coming months.
So, to first address the elephant in the room: we're still very much alive and working on MLP Merch!

Most of you will already have heard of My Little Pony Collectibles, our first book, that was recently published (available on Book Depository). To celebrate this, and have all your questions about the book answered. we're organizing an AMA (ask me/us anything) on the My Little Pony Reddit next Sunday!
