MLP My Baby Pinkie Pie & Twilight Sparkle Revealed

Earlier this week we added the My Baby Twilight Sparkle to our database, but as we only had a single packaging photo we did want to wait a little longer for the full reveal was there. And that moment is now as Detmir released images of both the Pinkie Pie and Twilight Sparkle figures in and out of their packaging.

If we jump back a few months in time, back to the NY Toy Fair, you might remember that we saw some big-headed figures during the sneak-peak video by Hasbro, but after the official opening of the stand they were nowhere to be found.

The figures of Twilight and Pinkie have relatively large and unique designs, and when fed with the included sippy cup sounds/music will be played. Also included is a head accessory, a nicely designed bib and the ponies themselves wear a diaper. Also note that these babies already have their cutie mark! The mane and tail are molded with the body, but the in return you get articulated legs.

The My Baby set will consist of at least Twilight Sparkle and Pinkie Pie as seen in the included photos, but more characters could join the party later. In our eyes this set would have been perfect within the Playskool Friends line, but they may have ended that joint series (and the age rating of 3+ wouldn't be in-line with the target demographic either).
