Today we 'celebrate' the first week of our forums, and can happily say that everything is going fine! We've had no trouble with bots so far, we've seen some nice topics and have welcomed many people in the past 7 days. For those who have not yet joined our forum, here are a few facts about the current status:

• We've welcomed 70 members, besides me and Ilona
• So far 121 topics have been created
• And a total of 686 posts have been written
• The most popular topic is What EqG doll do you want next? with 26 replies

In the past week we've also received various questions, and here are our answers:

Will you still accept e-mail submissions?
Yes! Any form of submission will reach us personally, whether it's e-mail, social media or the forums. It can take a little moment before we reply (depending on how busy we are) and it can happen that we miss an e-mail due to the amounts of communication we receive, but we really aim on answering everybody ASAP.

How do I add an avatar?
You can add an avatar in the User Control Panel, but keep in mind that there are limitations for avatars: a maximum resolution of 100x100 and maximum size of 35kB. We've added this limit because we have limited space on our hosting and don't want to exceed the limit when people want to add avatars.
We'll later write a topic about how you can resize your avatar to stay within the limits, but so far it seems that most people have been able to upload an avatar of their own.

After long promises, improvements and waiting we've finally released our official MLPMerch Forum! Here on the forum you can socialize, discus merchandise, ponies and hobbies with fellow fans and collectors. Where you like the toys, the show or prefer to talk about other shows: everyone is welcome!
