MLP Merch PollMLP Merch Poll #29 Results
Last week we asked you which MLP Merch Database you'd like to see next. You've all massivly voted for the other figures database, so we'll be working on that first! We hope to make some hunge progress this week, and hopefully release it in the coming few days. Apart from that we're also seeing that the cards and media databases got above average votes, so that'll get our next priority. The blind bag collector cards database is something that we'll be adding sometime soon as well. We've got most of the image ready but still need to prepare our system for this addition. Playskool got the least amount of votes, but that could be because the figures have not yet been released.

For our next poll we'd like to know what kind of My Little Pony merch was your first. Was it a brushable? A blind bag? Or a shirt?

We're exited to hear about your first merch, so feel free to tell us a bit more about it! To kick things off, here are our stories:
Ossie: My first merch were 7 blind bags from wave 5, which was just released in stores. With a friend I learned how to read blind bag codes and picked up a few blind bag, including Princess Celestia, Cadance and Trixie. For a long time I only kept those blind bags until I decided to get some more figures and start a collection and right now I have over 250 blind bags!
Ilona: I remember how I got my first G4 Toy (I actually had some G2's when I was a child. I told my best friend I liked My Little Pony but she declared me crazy. She knew I was a huge Pokémon an as well and always saw me more as a "boy" person regarding to toys). So on June 30, 2011, after we visited the zoo we walked into a Toy Store as I was planning to buy my first pony. I had no idea who to buy. They basically had the first wave of singles. I also didn't had a favourite Pony at the moment as I just started to watch the show. In the end I picked up a Shine Bright Rainbow Dash Brushable, I was a bit shy so I asked the cashier to wrap it as a gift. My friend still told me liking MLP was so not me, but I knew she took it lightly and more as a joke towards me. I didn't mind it. At home I styled her and she got a place on my desk. And after that day my collection started to grow more and more. Right now I have over 3 cabinets full with MLP Merch from all generations. (Funny thing though, my first Plush and Equestria Girls were Rainbow Dash too!)

    My first merch was a McDonalds Happy Meal toy. It only went downhill after that.

    My first pony was a Mcdonalds Fluttershy! Now, It has grown so much... So many brushables... they are everywhere... send help...

    My auntie got me the 4-pack of blind bags in a tube (Rarity, Twilight, Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash) and then a Wave 1 Twilight a few days afterwards. I loved collecting back when the first few waves were out on shelves!

    Missed this poll. My first merch was a while back before I was into it a lot. I just decided to buy a 2010 set one day. It came with a few accesories and a fashion styled size Celestia and Luna.

    My first G4 toy was the first Fluttershy brushable (something like february 2011, when they arrived in france), but i collect ponies since the G1.

    First pony ever was Starsong from G3. First G4 is Twilight Sparkle and the Twinkly balloon OR it could have been Single Pinkie Pie. My memory is fuzzy on this

    Mine was the rainbow dash figure from the magazine ( i live in france but we have the same figures as the UK in our magazines)
