Hasbro just sent out a news statement that the Ponies: The Galloping Trading Card Set will be available tomorrow, as well as an exclusive set of Ultra PRO playmats. Both to celebrate the final episode of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and to raise money for charity.
The trading card set features silver-bordered, two of which are single-sided (Rarity & Twilight Sparkle), and one double-sided variant (Princess Luna / Nightmare Moon). As far as the listing goes these are legal cards, though you might want to sleeve them up right away: this 3-card set costs $50!
And there's good reason for that, as $30 of the proceedings per pack will be donated to Extra Life.
These designs are also featured on the exclusive 24" x 13.5" playmats by Ultra PRO. The complete set (2 single-sides and 1 double-sided) is $100, of which $80 is donated to Extra Life.
Both sets are available tomorrow and last until November 5th. With all sales Hasbro aims to raise $1M for Extra Life, the progress of which can be tracked on their event website.
