Chupa Chups Launches New Wave of Chocolate Egg Figures

Russia is known for their strange MLP Surprise Candy Toys, we had some strange heart-shaped containers, Jelly Bean Surprise eggs and some Chupa Chups Chocolate Eggs figures. But it seems like a second wave of the Chupa Chups Surprise eggs has appeared in Russia!


Judging from the box this set is themed after Rainbow Power. Because of the Rainbowfied Fluttershy on the box and the background of course. The box also features an adorable vector of a sleeping Princess Twilight and Spike. This set comes with some interesting figures! The following figures can be obtained:
- Princess Twilight Sparkle
- Pinkie Pie
- Rarity
- Fluttershy
- Rainbow Dash
- 2 different Applejack poses (!)
- Spike
- Dr Hooves
- DJ Pon-3
Nogames has obtained some of the figures and took some pictures of them. They are very small, smaller then a Blind Bag, I think they are the same size as a Micro Legend figure. The quality is the same as with the first set, these figures aren't that detailed. Some of them look rather... bad, take DJ Pon-3 for example: her mane looks totally off! Another problem is that most figures only look good when you look at them from the side. From the front most of these have very disproportionate manes and faces (especially Fluttershy, Dr Hooves and Pinkie Pie).
Still I'm very sad things like this don't appear much here in the Netherlands, nor in other parts of the EU or the US. Thanks again to nogames for the pictures and heads up!
