2 weeks ago we first saw official stock images of the Applejack and Boyle pirate figures, which are going to be part of a new Guardians of Harmony Good vs Evil line.
BigBadToyStore went a step further and released a series of close-up photos of the figures, showing more details of the two. The release date is still set for very late July / beginning of August, though.
Applejack comes with a full Pirate outfit, as well as a glider backpack, which has moving wings, and a pilot cap. With those she's starting to look like Mercy from Overwatch! She can be equipped with a cutlass as well and has 8 points of articulation.
Boyle is a brand new character, but has not been cut on accessories because of that! His hand is a multi-tool with interchangeable add-ons such as an anchor, drill and ship wheel. The accessories can spin around in his hand when you squeeze his legs together. He's also articulated, and from the looks of it, it's around 8 points as well.
The guardians of the Elements of Harmony are ready for an adventure at sea, and, shiver me timbers, they're meeting pirate pals along the way! Aye, inspired by My Little Pony: The Movie, Applejack is dressed in a pirate outfit with sword accessory and captain's hat while Boyle is a swashbuckling pirate parrot!
Applejack comes with a glider accessory for imagining stories as a pilot. Push the glider's button to watch its wings flap and send its propeller spinning. This Applejack figure has 8 points of articulation for fun pirate pony poses.
Boyle comes with an anchor, ship's wheel, drill and hammer attachments. Attach 1 of the 4 accessories to his arm, and then squeeze his legs together to watch it spin.
