Hasbro has released their official press statement for the upcoming line of Equestria Girls for 2017. Several figures have already been announced before, but there is plenty of new merch coming our way the coming months, including some interesting names! Expect sets with Starlight Glimmer, Daring Do, Trixie, Muffins (Derpy) and more, including a new character: Juniper Montage!
A big point of attention is the fact that all listings for this year's Equestria Girls line-up consists of Minis and with that it's officially over for the Equestria Girls dolls line. We'll await the Toy Fair for a definite conclusion, but the released info is a pretty big hint.

She was announced months ago. And now images of her have finally surfaced. Here are the official images for the upcoming Adagio Dazzle Equestria Girls Minis Single. Together with her we also found images of the other upcoming Rainbow Rocks singles. They all look amazing! Don't they? What I like about these is how much they represent their animation counterpart in the movies. Their clothes are spot on! No word yet on an official release date though but we'll keep you guys updated! We also have no info yet if Aria and Sonata will join the minis line as well. Have all the images below!

A few minutes ago Enterplay posted this picture on their Facebook page with the following text: Wow, what are these? Very interesting... So at the moment we have no idea what these actually are but for me they look like possible series 4 trading cards. If this is correct then they will include the Equestria Girls as well as we see Adagio Dazzle looking sneaky in the back...

So no confirmation so far but they look like some new trading cards. All we have to do now is wait and see what happens.

Man we're sure getting bombed with new merch these days. Anyways Amazon decided to join as well as Amazon has listed a lot of new interesting new items! Some new Explore Equestria Characters including at least three new ones and a lot of new Minis which seems to be Rainbow Rocks themed judging by the fact that an Adagio one has been announced. Awesome!
So far no other information besides the listings is known. So we just have to wait and speculate for now.

This year, IDW will release two exclusive My Little Pony comic covers at the San Diego Comic Con. IDW has chosen to give the Fiendship is Magic TP (Trade Paperback) and Friendship is Magic #32 comic exclusive convention covers, in very very limited numbers.
The Friendship is Magic #32 comic will be limited to 500 copies at $5 each, and the Fiendship is Magic TP to only 100 copies for $25 each. In both cases people are only allowed to purchase a maximum of 3 of each comic.

Two new boxed sets of hardcover books are available for pre-order on Amazon: The My Little Pony Best Friends boxed set and the Equestria Girls boxed set. Both sets contain an impressive 960-pages worth of books! Buying a boxed sets saves you a bit of money over all the loose books, plus you'll have a neat box to store the books in.
Most of the books included in the two sets are written by G.M. Berrow, with the exception of  Rainbow Rocks, The Mane Event and Sunset Shimmer's Time to Shine, which are written by Perdita Finn. The Best Friends box will be released on September 1, and the Equestria Girls box on November 3. Check all the available info below or click on the links to see current the Amazon listing.

It's already time for the third issue of the Fiendship is Magic mini series with a comic about the Sirens. In this comic you'll read about the Sirens and how they became evil! Just like issue #2 this comic has 2 covers: A regular cover and a subscription variant.
