We honestly thought that the fad was over, but apparently Funko still sees a future in NFT collectibles as they announced the second series of their digital MLP cards.

If you haven't heard about NFTs yet, you probably haven't been online much in the past year. Digital collectibles in the form of Non-Fungible Tokens is the latest gamble game where you buy and trade digital 'ownership certificates' of basically anything. Funko has been releasing their own lines of digital collectibles and is soon adding My Little Pony to the line of Digital Funko cards through their Droppp platform, sadly...

Time for another store finds post! We're still waiting for detail information on the first batch of G5 figures and merch, but we have plenty of news on G4 releases. This includes updates on both waves of Pony Friends figures, a new line-up of My Little Pony clothes at H&M and a Twilight Sparkle kite!?

It's only a short week after the official announcement of the new Funko POP! retro My Little Pony figures, and we just got word that pre-orders are now available, including a Hot Topic and GameStop exclusive!

In total there are 6 regular-size Funko POP! figures and 2 keychains, all themed after G1 ponies. Blossom, Butterscotch, Cotton Candy, Minty, and Snuzzle will be generally available, while Blue Belle will be released as a Hot Topic exclusive, and a scented Cotton Candy will only be sold at GameStop. Blossom and Cotton Candy will also be released as smaller POP! keychains.

(Even though the Funko announcement says otherwise, Hot Topic and GameStop list their exclusives as is written in this post)

About two months ago a leak has appeared telling us that possible G1 Funko Pop Figures were on the way, this has now been confirmed as the first images have appeared. The images are actually from a video made by Funko Themselves (My Little Pony Part Starts at 14:10, you can find the video below)

An Instagram account dedicated to Funko Pop has posted a leak containing a lists of upcoming Funko Pop's. What's interesting is that this list also includes upcoming Retro Pony Pop's. These figures are all part of the original six collector ponies. (with the exception of Blue Belle who is absent for some reason.) The following figures will be released:

They were announced several months ago but now Funko has finally showed the images for the upcoming My Little Pony the Movie Funko Pop! Figures. A total of 7 figures will be available of Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Twilight Sparkle and Tempest Shadow. (still no Applejack or Rarity...)
Just like the normal Vinyl Figures from before there will also be some special Chase Figures.  (A rarity of 1-in-6.) The variants are a clear Rainbow Dash and a metallic Twilight Sparkle. Tempest Shadow will be a Hot Topic Exclusive. The are expected to be released this fall/October

Last week we asked you how you're managing spoilers for MLP The Movie. By far most people don't care about spoilers and take in as much information about the movie as possible. Surprisingly over 25% of the participants says they didn't see any spoilers yet (that's quite impressive!). Another big group of 35 people is trying to avoid them, but still saw some spoilers in the past months. Surprisingly enough 13 people say they didn't even know about the movie (they must be joking... the news is everywhere!).

Last week we asked you which of the then announced Fashion Style ponies you're planning on getting first. As it turns our you're all waiting for a new Fluttershy fashion pony as she got 33% of all the votes. It's almost a tie between Applejack and Rarity, but the actual fashion queen just won that by 2 votes. And the final 25% are not going to get any of them.

A big announcement from Funko is just in: They're going to expand their line of POP! figures around the release of MLP The Movie with at least 4 figures. Seapony versions of Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle are set for a release around September-October this year.
Images are not yet available, but we'll be on the lookout for those in the coming weeks. Below we have some Canadian pre-order listings where they were first found, but expect Amazon or Entertainment Earth listings to follow soon.

As you might already know, Zulily has a broader range of items and you'll often find items you've not seen before on their sale list, so it's always worth a look. Keep in mind that their sales only last a few days, and this one is going to end on the 14th of March. All previous Funko Mystery Minis series had two lines: one for regular stores and one for Hot Topic. But out of nowhere Walgreens joined the exclusivity party and released their own wave of the Funko Power Ponies Mystery Minis figures with 3 unique molds:
- Spike as Humdrum (finally!)
- Rainbow Dash as Zapp (new pose)
- Mane-iac Mayhem (wrapped up)
All other ponies that are included in this set are equal to the regular Power Ponies release, and the ratios have not been changed (see details in the images below).
The figures seen in this post are bought in Puerto Rico, but Walgreens stores in mainland USA will probably follow soon. Found them? Feel free to leave a comment below to help others!

While various online retailers still mention a November/December release date, Amazon currently has some active listings for the Funko Power Ponies Mystery Minis, both loose and in 12-pack boxes. It's unsure how large this first batch is, but it's great news that the figures are finally available online, after they've already been spotted at GameStop two weeks ago.
