Out of all the Spin-off lines Hasbro had released during the run time of the fourth generation, Equestria Girls was by far the most popular with the release of over 300 dolls durings its run plus the tons of media that got released as well such as movies, specials and other webisodes. After the fourth generation had ended many people wondered what the fate would be for the Equestria Girls line...

Yesterday images have surfaced of possibly a new generation of Equestria girls, this time with the main characters of the current generation minus Hitch. From the images shown we can see that the dolls are more diverse than the previous generation with at least different heights and possibly body types for the dolls. Their faces are also more diverse reflecting their personality more. From what I'm seeing so far I quite like them! 

Another image showing Pipp also shows what the packaging might look like. It also comes with tiara which you can wear yourself. Notice though that all the text is blurred out so "Equestria Girls" might not even be his line's name though it seems a bit... unlikely in my opinion.

Aside from these two images we have no other information for now. However seeing as around this time Hasbro usually showcases their products for the upcoming year I won't be surprised if we get more information in a few weeks. What do you think of this new Generation of Equestria Girls? Over the past 2 years we've received several requests for more information about the 25th wave of My Little Pony G4 blind bags we originally reported on in March of 2019. Today we finally have a bit more info to report on these, and have sufficient images to finally fill the database.

Note: the information in this post has not yet been verified and should be considered as rumors and assumptions.

We just got word that Czech bedding manufacturer Jerry Fabrics, who have been making licensed bedding, pillows and covers, released their 2021 line-up. Among the new products are several sets of My Little Pony bedding in the currently known style, but an odd one is also included.

Perhaps these were just some prototypes/mock-ups and they will never be released. Perhaps they are customs/mock-ups judging that Princess Cadance has the same hair as Rarity. But that seems very unlikely to me, especially when you look at the eyes which do look pretty real if you compare them with the official releases. (They have that "print" texture if that makes sense.) And at last, it would be kinda weird for an official MLP Page to post customs/mock-ups. I think we just have to wait and see but as usual, we'll keep you updated. 
 

An Instagram account dedicated to Funko Pop has posted a leak containing a lists of upcoming Funko Pop's. What's interesting is that this list also includes upcoming Retro Pony Pop's. These figures are all part of the original six collector ponies. (with the exception of Blue Belle who is absent for some reason.) The following figures will be released:

UPDATE: Rarity has also been found! A very interesting find for this morning! Amazon Canada has listed two new figures of Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy. (although the Pinkie Pie images got listed under a Rarity listing) But as you can see things look very... different.

Yesterday we noticed that a new collection was added to the digital collector app Quidd which included 3D-figures in the Cutie Mark Crew Style. Along them in the newest set was Queen Chrysalis, a character we never seen before in the Cutie Mark Crew line.

Set of the first and second wave of Cutie Mark Crew figures are being found all over the place, but we've got a scoop of who might be featured in one of the upcoming sets!
In the digital good collecting app Quidd, which we wrote about before, several sets of collectible 3D characters are available, including a line of Cutie Mark Crew figures. Just today a new set was announced, featuring Princess Celestia, Princess Cadance and... Queen Chrysalis!
That's right, before she's even announced as a Cutie Mark Crew figure the 3D design of her is already presented in the Quidd app to collect. And as these assets are provided and licensed by Hasbro, it's likely that Queen Chrysalis is in the works as an actual figure in one of the upcoming Cutie Mark Crew blind packs or multi packs.

Amazon UK has listed quite an unexpected and exciting new set! The Cruising Cutie Mark Crusaders set to be exact and it contains the Cutie Mark Crusaders with molded manes and articulation. Scootaloo comes with her own scooter as well! But there are also some other accessories like a cart which can be attached to the scooter, and some in-line skates. Also, notice that Apple Bloom got the wrong eye-color on the loose product image photo's. However it's fixed with the in-packaging image so it's most likely a Prototype that was photographed.

The official Polish Equestria Girls Instagram account just posted this image on their feed. We all know that the normal Equestria Girls dolls got a whole new look so what about the Minis? Well this image clearly shows a new kind of Equestria Girls Minis. First of all the whole look is way more Chibi-like with less detail int he eyes. Second, some articulation has also been removed like with the knees and arms. Third: the clothes are also way less detailed.

Well luckily I have no college today. Also just finished my Seaquestria Display and as I type this one of those baby Seaponies is falling off again... Anyway Amazon has gone crazy with new listings for upcoming toys. But as usual the first time we see these the listings themselves are quite vague what they exactly are. I tried to categorize them all. Because they are called "Fashion Doll" doesn't mean they are Equestria Girls exclusive, brushables also got these placeholder names before. Because of that it's quite hard to tell what's what. I tried sorting them by size for now but even that might change in the future. Feel free to speculate though! :)

A product sheet that has popped-up online is showing a list of upcoming sets and characters in the 2017 MLP The Movie Guardians of Harmony line-up, some of which we've not heard of before.
The initial waves consist of sets we've seen at the New York and Brazilian Toy Fairs, earlier this year, but a few characters and releases are brand new information. For now the information includes character names, outfits, accessories and store exclusive releases.

The London Toy Fair has already passed and right now we're preparing for the New York one which will start this Friday. However we might have skipped over something during the London one, and here we are to post about it:

The Amazon listing we wrote about a week ago has been updated, and now mentions that the figures are in fact wave 17. While it's good news that Wave 17 blind bags are already available in the US, we also have some bad news.
We had direct contact with the Amazon seller, and we heard that all orders of Wave 16 orders are cancelled in the US. While we cannot be 100% sure if this has impact on the complete US, but hearing this after the big delay that we have seen so far only confirms the story that Hasbro is not shipping any Wave 16 blind bags into the US. This might result in another "International Exclusive" set like wave 2, because various other countries have had this set for months.

For now this is all the news that we have on Wave 16. If the set does actually end up in stores we'll write a new post on it once we get the news in!

Again some new Blind Bags have been spotted. And this time on Ebay and we got a total of three new ones. The first one is a newer version for Twilight Sky which used the Earth Colt mold before but now he appears in the Apple Split mold looking more closer to his show appearance. The second and third ponies are some unnamed background ponies. What's interesting is the fact that they are once again all from Manehattan and possible for the Rarity Blind Bag waves, but that's still unconfirmed.

And again some new Blind Bags have appeared on Taobao. Some of these seem to math with the ones we found before meaning they could be in the same set of Blind Bags. Still it's unsure which theme these will have but a lot of characters are Rarity Related again. We also get a new Sweetie Drops and Lyra which look both quite good! We also got a new Lyrica Lilac which looks quite unfinished though compared to her previous release. We also see some new eye-designs. Some of them look good, others need a bit to get used to though...

A lot of new Blind Bags have been spotted on Taobao. First of all we get a look at the Nightmare Night Themed Mr. Carrot Cake but then we also got a bunch of new characters. You can find them all below. (with the exception of Fancy Pants which you can see in the image above) What's interesting is that almost all of these are Rarity related or they aired in an episode where Rarity was present. This could indicate that they are perhaps the chase figures of Wave 18 which is combined with the Rarity Friendship is Magic Collection set. Still that's just speculation for now but a lot of Rarity Themed Amazon listings have appeared on Amazon lately. (here and here)
