MLP Explore Equestria Princess Cadance and Flurry Heart Crystal Empire Castle Playset
It's actually been a while since we heard anything about this Playset. (besides the fact that Flurry Heart has been found on Ebay) But it turns out two Swiss websites have listed the playset alongside some nice pics of the castle itself and the packaging. The castle is prices around 70 CHF which is about $70. However, according to the brand-toolkit it will be around $40 in the US.

We'll let you know once more information has been found.

MLP Twilight Velvet Blind Bag Figure
Some new Blind Bags have appeared on Ebay again. Thought the past ones that we found were confusing? Well this doesn't help much either as it turns out that two versions of the same Blind Bag have been found. All the characters that we spotted will be part of Wave 16. We know that they will be pearlized as we in the official Amazon listing of these.

Now about two days ago we spotted a new variant of Peachy Sweet and Merry May. Both of them had painted manes alongside the pearlized bodies. We thought that maybe they would be part of Wave 17 but now that we've found this it seems very unlikely for Hasbro to release the same ponies in the next wave but just with painted manes. So what's going on? Will there perhaps be two versions of the same wave? (one for the US/EU and one for the UK?) Will these be the final versions instead of the solid ones? (seems unlikely because of the listing)  It's all one big mystery and let's hope it will be solves soon.

Friendship Express Train Available at Smyths (UK) + Sale
The new Friendship Express Train set (with Twilight Sparkle taking the spot of our trusty conductor Pinkie Pie) is available at Smyths in the UK. But as we just heard the set has already been there for a short while and it's even on sale now for £21! I think it's about time that this set is starting to appear in other regions, as I've heard nobody from the US or mainland Europe report this set yet.
Anyway, if you're in the UK and interested in this set: Smyths is where it's at.

MLP My Little Pony Tea Pot Palace
I like tea a lot. (Only Ossie doesn't, he prefers coffee) Speaking about tea, Smyths has listed this adorable My Little Pony Tea Pot Palace. The Tea Pot is decorated after Canterlot Castle which looks nice and it also has some gimmicks. Like for example, when you raise the lid you will hear sound and music. Several part of the Tea Pot will also light up showing some of your favorite ponies. The manufacturer is currently unknown, if you know who made this please let us know!

You can pre-order it on the Smyths website for £19.99 it will be in stock at the end of August.

MLP Rainbow Dash GoGlow Night Light by Worlds Apart
Just look at it. Just look at it how cute this little Rainbow Dash is. This Rainbow Dash Night Light was found on Amazon UK and it's made by Worlds Apart.  This night light has three functions as the base functions as a night light and a projector which projects an image of Cloudsdale and Rainbow Dash itself also functions as a torch for when you want to read at night. Overall I think this one looks absolutely adorable.
Worlds Apart announced a partnership with Tech4Kids back in late 2011, and that's probably why the design of the base and advert remind me of Tech4Kids products.
You can pre-order this one on Amazon UK for £19.99. It will be released on July 22, 2016. Have some other information and pictures below!

Unknown MLP Fleetfoot Blind BagUnknown MLP Green Jewel Blind Bag
More blind bags from unknown waves have been spotted online. The first one is a Fleetfoot figure, but without the Wonderbolts outfit. It's probably tied to the other Wonderbolt figures that we've in the past few weeks, so something big is coming soon.
The second blind bag is Green Jewel, who comes as a transparent figure with embedded glitter, possibly to be released with the royal characters found earlier, with the same material.
All of a sudden Taobao and eBay start listing new blind bags like crazy. Besides the Wonderbolt set and royals we've also spotted new characters with transparent bodies and painted manes, which is assumed to be a separate set too.
While we can speculate on wave 17, new FiM collections or perhaps the return of blind bag sets, nothing has been confirmed so far. We hope to get some answers (or more blind bags) soon!

MLP Possible Wave 17 Peachy Sweet Blind BagMLP Possible Wave 17 Merry May Blind Bag
Quite a lot of Blind Bag news these days isn't it? I just found two new Blind Bags on Ebay which I never saw before of Peachy Sweet and Merry May. As you can see they have translucent bodies and painted manes like the 7th and 8th wave. But what's strange is that these two characters will be also in Wave 16. So... what's going on with these? There are a few possibilities:

  • They are indeed just Wave 17 Ponies
  • They will be in a different release
  • They are fake (unlikely since this seller doesn't sell any other fake stuff)
So it's quite a mystery what these will be. Perhaps we need to wait and see if more of these starts appearing. Let's hope we'll find the answer soon.

MLP GITD Funko Pop! Ponies
This is quite interesting... the Funko Pop Vinyl! Fan Page Instagram has posted this pic showing three new Funko Pop! Ponies. The image is kind of blurry but the description states that these are Glow in the Dark Versions. We can also see that these will be Walmart Exclusives.
It's interesting to see these as many people believed that Funko was discontinuing the Ponies (besides the Mymoji's) But maybe it was only about the vinyls. Still for me feels like that because of this, there's hope that the vinyl ones will return in the future.

Not only do we see some of the figures more detailed than ever, this also reveals the final bag and card designs. Earlier this week we anticipated the blind bag codes for this wave, and it matches! MLP Lyra Heartstrings Wave 17 Nightmare Night Blind Bag Figure
Looks like a new Nightmare Night Themed Blind Bag has been found as this mummified Lyra has been spotted. She was shown alongside 4 others during the New York Toy Fair which means she will be one of the chase figures for Wave 17. (or 18 but most likely 17) Let's hope the others will appear soon as well.

Ossie and the Quest for the Worst MLP Fakies
When browsing the internet for My Little Pony products you find all the good and legit stuff first. But when you go beyond page 30 of Google and searching for shady marketplace website you will eventually get into the world of My Little Pony fakies. Of course eBay has plenty of fakies too, but this is usually only the surface of what you can find. Many of these marketplaces (like Taobao) don't have anti-counterfeiting on the top of their agendas, although Alibaba has had a major clean-up lately.
For the protection of everyone I will not share any links nor name websites, but rest assured that most of these fakies are only available when ordering thousands at the same time, which is usually done by equally shady retailers.
In this post I will discuss some of the more interesting fakies I have found over the past few weeks, mainly focusing on figures and plush. While there won't be a definite 'worst fakie' in this post, it was my actual goal during my search, skipping the other common and already known fakies.

MLP Mystery Necklace Packs at WalmartMLP Mystery Necklace Packs at Walmart
A new kind of MLP blind bag is currently available at Walmart: Mystery Necklace Packs by H.E.R. Accessories. We don't have much info on them (nor does the H.E.R. website list their products), but these seem to be metal heart-shaped keychains. These could be compared with the blind bag dog tags, but of course with another shape and designs. Every pack contains a necklace, including both the pendant and chain, and a leaflet with all available designs.
They're exclusively available at Walmart for $1.88 each, and if anyone knows more about the available designs then please let us know!

Good morning everyone! Great news for those who were waiting for the first Pearlized ponies to be available. Well, they are now! You can now order the first wave of the pearlized ponies on Amazon. The first wave consist of Coloratura, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie and Starlight Glimmer. They are listed for $6.99 each, however
they are also an add-on item which means your total order has to be over $25, So for example, you can order all four of them or order them with something else.

UK MLP Magazine #55 Comes With Book & Mannequin
The 55th installment of the MLP magazine in the UK has been released with 2 gifts this time. While we do not usually post on every magazine release, this is a special one. The included figure is not a regular pony as you might be used, but it's one of Rarity's mannequins! It looks very much like the mannequin that comes with Rarity's Booktique playset, but the base seems to be different.
Also included in a small copy of the Discord and the Ponyville Players, which is the UK release of Discord and the Ponyville Players Dramarama. While the book looks like the actual UK cover, it's just a sample of the full book as it only includes 64 of the 160 pages.
The magazine is now available in the UK.

MLP Explore Equestria Magical Scenes Brushables at TRU Philippines
Looks like the Philippines are first again when it comes to new merch as the Magical Scenes Brushables have appeared. (they were also the first ones with the Guardians of Harmony figures) Both Rarity, Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash (not in picture) have been spotted at Toys'R'Us Philippines. There's a small hole in the cutie mark and when you take a look at it you will see a "magical scene" I'm still really curious what it looks like and I hope these will soon appear elsewhere as well so we can all take a look!

MLP Explore Equestria Crystal Empire Playset Baby Flurry Heart Figure
It's quite busy these days on Ebay isn't it? One of our visitors Orsolya has spotted the little Baby Flurry Heart figure that comes with the Crystal Empire Playset on Ebay. I decided to look further as I've found another listing with her so I expect even more sellers will receive her as well. The first seller also includes some pics of her in different angles so we can take a good look at her. As for the size, she might be as big as a Blind Bag. The Crystal Empire Playset has yet to appear online and in stores but I expect that one soon as well.

MLP Applejack Glitter Blind Bag
Looks like some more new Blind Bags have appeared on Ebay as these strange glitter ones of the mane six have been spotted. They are all solid colored with glitter in matching colors all over their body. The seller has more legit blind bags so I think these are real. However we don't know yet how they will be released, perhaps for wave 17?

MLP Welovefine Series 2 Fan Voted Collection Chibi Figuresa
Welovefine already teased that these would be for pre-sale this Thursday but they went available for pre-order when we were both sleeping so thats why we post them now.
So you can pre-order them now. Fluttershy, Lyra, Octavia, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna can be ordered separately and Rainbow Dash is only available for those who order the whole set.

They are $15 each and the whole set will cost $90. They will be released on October 11, 2016

MLP Sunset Shimmer Legend of Everfree Boho Doll
More HQ Images of the Legend of Everfree dolls have appeared and this time it's the Boho-Chic style dolls. As the name of this line suggest the girls are wearing Boho-Chic inspired clothing which is a style of fashion drawing on various bohemian and hippie influences. The characters included are Applejack, Fluttershy, Rarity, Sunset Shimmer and Twilight Sparkle.

No release date yet but expect them this summer/fall. Have a look at them all below.

MLP Wave 16 Crimson Gala, Berry Green and Berry Green Blind Bag
We already got the chase figures for the 16th wave of the Blind Bags. But quite some people wondered what the regular ponies would look like. We guessed they would be pearlized as we've found a Roseluck and Berry Green with this effect on Ebay. We also guessed it would be a re-release of Wave 6.

MLP Baby Flurry Heart Explore Equestria So Soft Pony
The Australian MLP Website is quite busy these days isn't it? First we had the second wave of the Pearlized Brushables and now the So Soft Baby Flurry Heart has been spotted with the description and together with a lot of images. She will be $79.99 AUS which is about $58 US Dollars. Take a look at them below. No release date is known but expect her this within a few weeks/months. Probably this summer.

MLP Series 2 Chibi Vinyl Figures by Welovefine
At the start of this year Welovefine held a poll of which ponies you would like to see made in the second set of the MLP Chibi figure line. The winners turned out to be Princess Luna, Princess Celestia, Fluttershy and Lyra. But as we can see in the preview a total of six ponies will be included in the second series which will be called the "Fan Series" this includes all of the ones you could vote one (with the exception of Trixie)

Welovefine has announced that the pre-sale for these will start this Thursday so mark your calendars if you want to get these. As for those who still need the first ones, they are on sale now and you can get the full series for only $100 at the moment. You can find all the information here.

MLP Merch Poll #81MLP Merch Poll #80 Results
Last week we asked you how we can improve the checklist functionality on our website. Popular suggestions were the ability to create additional lists and the option to print your checklist/wishlist. In 3rd place the option to add notes to items still managed to get 21% of the votes. Commenting on other lists wasn't a popular option and 13% think the current checklist is just fine. We'll take all of these votes and addition comments in consideration for the next version of MLP Merch and will let you know when it's coming :)

MLP DJ Pon-3 Equestria Girls Minis Figure
This morning we already posted that a lot of new Equestria Girls Minis have been spotted on Ebay, but it turns out that even more have been listed as an Everyday DJ Pon-3 was spotted alongside a Fall Formal Flash Sentry and a Fluttershy Pep Rally one. All of these were shown during the Toy Fair and none of them have appeared on Amazon so far but as always, we'll keep you updated with everything.

Please note that if you buy these from Ebay it could be that these are factory rejects. So they might have paint flaws or problems with the joints so be careful. ;)

MLP Sunset Shimmer Equestria Girls Mini Figure on Ebay
 Turns out a lot of new Equestria Girls Minis have been found on Ebay. First of all, as you can see above Sunset Shimmer is one of them. Together with her some Fall Formal ones got also spotted like Fluttershy, Rarity, Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle (who will come with the Dance Party Playset). But remember those Glitter ones we've spotted before? Now Rarity has been found as well so I don't think they are fake, perhaps they are for a special collection set or maybe for a future Rainbow Rocks Release?

Detailed Photos of Guardians of Harmony Fan Series in Packaging
Yesterday we wrote about the Guardians of Harmony figures being spotted in The Philippines, and now we have some more photos of the Fan Series! Thanks to Alexander, who sent the photos in, we now know that the boxes do not include a comic. You can also see them in great detail, and they look fantastic! I'm not sure where these specific figures popped up, but let's hope they're globally available soon!
Interesting to see (what I didn't notice yesterday), is that Hasbro recommends an age of 4+, but I'm not too sure about the stability of these figures and if these can take a small drop.

MLP Princess Celestia, Nightmare Moon and Discord Guardians of Harmony Fan Series Figures at TRU Philippines
I bet almost none of you did expect this, neither did we but the first Guardians of Harmony figures have appeared in stores. Toys'R'Us Philippines to be exact. Only these three were spotted and we can see that the Discord one is quite large compared to Celestia and Nightmare Moon.
Apparently Celestia and Nightmare Moon are 1,499.75 (Philippine Pesos) which is about $32 and Discord is Php 2,299.75, about $49. However the actual US prices might be a bit lower as this article explains.

Let's hope they will arrive in other countries soon as well on several websites like Amazon.

Cherry Berry was found last week on the Australian MLP Website. But the other three of the second wave weren't. But it looks like they have been listed now together with some good pics. As expected Twilight and Rainbow Dash will join this wave as well.

MLP Make-a-Bar Chocolate Factory Pack
This post is making me incredible hungry at the moment. But who doesn't like some chocolate? Smyths has listed this Make-a-Bar pack on the website and with this kit you can make your own chocolate bars, it includes some stencils but you can go freestyle as well.

MLP Pearlized Pretzel Explore Equestria Brushable
After Cherry Berry another one of the Pearlized Ponies that got announced during the toy fair has finally appeared as Pretzel has been spotted on loose Ebay.  This probably means the other ones will appear soon as well like Sea Swirl and Sapphire Joy and they probably can get an official release soon as well.  For those who are curious about Pretzel, she actually appeared in the past season as a background pony in the Canterlot Boutique episode.

Last week we asked you whether you bought the MLP Comic Humble Bundle or not. It wasn't a big surprise that most of you didn't buy it, but it it interesting to see why. Most people didn't even know what the Humble Bundle was, and another huge group doesn't read the MLP comics. Other people didn't like digital comics or had other reasons for not buying it. Of those who did buy it most people went for the $25+ option with the physical comic included. Besides that tier most people went either for the $15+ tier or the regular tier.

Rainbow Dash Book and Plush Set at Smyths
A second My Little Pony Book and Plush set has been released in the UK, this time with Rainbow Dash. The bundle comes with Rainbow Dash and the Daring Do Double Dare by G.M. Berrow and an unidentified 5" plush Rainbow Dash plush.
The first set was available for £5 at Asda, and this set is available for £6.99 at Smyths, which still seems to be a fair deal for the two. Note that these are only sold in stores, and that it's possible that not all stores carry the same stock.
(Please let us know if you see these in stores and know more about the plush!)

MLP Large Princess-Sized Princess Luna BrushableMLP Large Princess-Sized Princess Luna Brushable
Quite an interesting find again on AliExpress as this Large Princess-Sized Princess Luna has been spotted. I know we should be a bit skeptical because some merch found on AliExpress can be fake. However I have to admit that this Luna looks very good like an official product. The eyes are her own ones and she even has a black necklace and tiara with her moon on it. The gradient on her wings look also nice.

I think we just have to wait some more to see if she's official or not. We'll keep you updated. If you know more, please let us know!
