A new Brushable has been spotted on Taobao! This time we have found a pony named "Lavender Honey" (named so by several people)  as a new Brushable. Her markings are similar to those of the Helia, Lotus Blossom and Princess Cadance Brushables we found earlier. The change is high these will be all bundled together. For a possible new exclusive TRU set.

I haven't been following this book, but a reader noticed that the book finally got a cover on Amazon!
The story will obviously be focused on the Power Ponies, but no website has a proper description up, so the exact contents and story are still a bit vague. The suggested age for this book is 4-8, but somehow I think that this will still be a neat book to have, especially if it contains some more art of the Power Ponies.
The book will be available on April 7, but it seems that pre-ordered are currently not available for the paperback nor e-book.

The 27th issue of IDW's My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic comic series has been released. This comic is part 1 of the "The Root of the Problem" story arc involving the Everfree Forest and Timberwolves!
This issue is available in 5 covers variants: The usual A, B and RI covers from IDW, an Hot Topic variant and a Ponycon exclusive cover by Jetpack Comics.
You can get the comic in your local comic store or get the A/B Covers or RI Cover on Amazon.

 It all started with the mysterious summary of the Poppin' Pinkie Pie Game on Amazon, then the UK Toy Fair followed which confirmed the codes, and now with the German Toy Fair we finally have images of the codes that will be used in the My Little Pony Friendship Celebration App. Littlest Pet Shop and Transformers already use a similar system with codes and apps, but now My Little Pony joins this new technique and I'm sure more brand will follow.
The purpose of these codes is to unlock characters, features or power-ups in the app, at least that's how it is for LPS and Transformers. This app will be a separate app from the My Little Pony game by Gameloft (although it wouldn't be impossible that Gameloft adds support for the codes too). As you can see on the second image, which is taken from the Canterlot Castle Playset, the codes are not limited to individual ponies, meaning that you will get at least 4 actions, characters or features with that playset (although the codes look the same and might all just unlock the same thing). The Glamour Glow Princess Cadance figure seems to have only one, and we're not yet sure whether the regular sized brushables will have codes too.
We hope to learn more about this app when Hasbro decided to share some public information about it. And maybe we'll be able to set up a MLP Code Database? ;)
UPDATE: It seems that the codes are provided by Zappar, that calls the codes 'Zapcodes'. They have a partnership with Hasbro and, for LPS, the codes are not unique for every single figure.

Yeah that was fast. After I did the post on the Spielwarenmesse 2015 in Nuremberg I found the Stock Images for the newly announced Toys! So here are the images of the Canterlot Castle Playset and the Princess Cadance Glamour Glow Pony! There images were found on the German Hasbro Newsroom Website

Now let's take a look at the castle. As you can see it included a Princess Celestia Brushable with Golden Tinsel in her hair similar of those from the first Rainbow Power Singles Wave. We also see the Princess Cadance Pony who is similar to the Glamour Glow Rarity one. Now what is that thing on Cadance's hind leg? Is this one of the possible QR Codes? I also spot some in the Castle Playset.

Since today the Spielwarenmesse (or Toy Fair in English) did start in Nuremberg Germany. It seems like they also presented some new MLP Merch and it seems like they are way easier with people taking pictures instead of the London one. This is good because we now can get a better look at some of the new MLP Merch. Not much interesting things have been spotted. But we did see something.

First is a possible Glamour Glow Princess Cadance. It seems like she will have the same gimmicks as the Rarity one so when you press her Cutie Mark her legs will light up. We've also seen now some better pictures of the Canterlot Castle Playset. As you can see it's quite large! It also comes with a crown you can wear. One other thing we see is that they display some older G3 Ponies and the G1 Remakes from the 25th Anniversay set.

Not long ago we posted a post about some new Blind Bags that appeared on Taobao and some Ebay sellers. (like Sea Swirl Above) Ossie and I both guessed among many other people that this could be the possible 13th Blind Bag wave. So far nothing new right?

Well today Amazon decided to list 3 new listing called: My Little Pony Surprise Bag Mini Figure Collection 3, 4 and 5. We only got the standard description so that one's no help. But what about Collection Number one and two? Well according to Amazon. Collection Number one responds to Wave 10, and number two responds to the Wave 11 Blind Bags. I guess Collection three responds to the Wave 12 ones.

So I guess Amazon has decided to already list the two upcoming Waves of My Little Pony Blind Bags! So far no images or other information yet, so we have to wait. But this means that there will be more Blind Bag Hunting in the future if this is indeed all true. What do you think?

Amazon listed the 4th volume of IDW's comic-adaptation of the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic TV show. Volume 4, titled Pageants & Ponies will include the season 2 episodes "Family Appreciation Day" and "Heart's Warming Eve". The comic is 132 pages thick and contains the 2 mentioned episodes in a comic book style with high quality vector stills from the show. The book will release on June 30 and can be pre-ordered at Amazon for $7.99.

We don't hear much about Nici these days. Until today as I found this new plushies on Taobao. Seems like Applejack and Rarity will be next to receive a Nici plush! Just like the earlier releases they will be available as a 20 cm, 30 cm and 50 cm plush. For those who don't know, Nici is a German Company so most of these plush will only be available in Germany and other European Countries. I heard there are some places who sell these outside of Europe.

One other thing I ask myself is if there are other Pony Related Things that will be released together with these plush? Most of the time a whole collection of items will be dedicated to a specific Pony. We don't know right now. We also don't know when they will be available. The listings say around September 2015 but we still need confirmation.

A new My Little Pony Friendship is Magic Volume Bundle is now available on Amazon! This volume contains a total of 4 comics. It contains Friendship is Magic #21 - #24. It's available on Amazon for $13.17

Last week, after the revealing of the 12th wave of blind bags, we asked you which trick you are going to use to identify the ponies, and here are the results! Almost half of the people that voted (43.2%) are going to use the newly added transparent back to see what pony is inside and 31.6% will use the old code trick. Another 12% will guess what's inside by feeling and 11% buys them blind. Only a handful of people (2%) will buy the complete box.

The rate at which new blind bags are being released in the UK seems to increase with each wave. It's been just over a week since the wave 12 blind bags released in the US, but the first UK set is out already. The set, as usually, contains 12 figure, but in contrast to earlier waves does not show half-specific ponies on the bag cover: CMM Rarity and Pinkie Pie are shown while these are not included in the Wave 12A set. However, the side of the box properly shows what ponies are included, so always take a look on the box (if it's there)! The bags are actually identical to those released in the US, including the transparent plastic window in the back (which you can use for cheating). This particular box was spotted at Tesco, but it's to be expected that Claires and other retailers will sell them soon too. Check below for the codes and more images!

The newer series of Equestria Girls: Rainbow Rocks dolls like the Slumber Party and Rockin' Hairstyle dolls are finally releasing in the UK. Both Smyths and Argos have them listed on their site and Argos released them in their catalogue as well, with an additional sale on 2 single dolls from Rainbow Rocks or the Equestria Girls Collection for £20. You can find them in stores or buy them online with the listings found below.

We already heard rumours that Cadance, Luna and Shining Armor are gonna be the next Build-A-Bear Plush but now we have found images of them all! These were found hidden on their website somewhere. They will be released this march so we hope we can bring you more information soon. You can buy Shining Armor's outfit as well and a Random T-Shirt for your Pony or other plush to wear. It's unsure if there will be dresses for Luna and Cadance.

Along with a few other listings like brushables, a regular playset and POP playset, the first few Equestria Girls: Friendship Games have been listed as well, and it's quite a list! So much in fact that I've split the listings up into a few categories: Archery, Motorcross, Specials and Regular Dolls. There are a lot of new characters included (like Flash Sentry!) and the Archery and Motorcorss themes make me very excited to see final images of all the dolls!

Earlier this week we posted about Hasbro finally listing the first Cutie Mark Magic releases on their Hasbro.com (a.k.a. MyLittlePony.com) website. However, they were still missing in their online store, until yesterday when HasbroToyShop.com finally started selling the Cutie Mark Magic products. Right now the Singles, Glamour Glow Rarity, Water Cuties, POP Wings Kits, POP Style Kits, POP Design-a-Pony Kits and 1 Play-Doh Set are available. Only Sweetie Drops is already sold out, but the others are in stock right now. Some of these releases seem to be the first online listings in the US too!

Yesterday you could already read that Equestria Girls 3 got confirmed. But now Canal Toys has posted some pictures of the packaging for some of the new merchandise! As you can see the new logo for the movie has been shown and some of the vectors have also been revealed. As you can see both Applejack and Fluttershy are wearing archery gear. Another interesting thing is the Twilight with glasses. That's so far I know the Twilight that lives in the Equestria girls Universe.

I can't wait to see the dolls! We hope we can find images of them soon. The Toy Fair isn't over yet so there are much more suprises left I guess.

The London Toy Fair 2015 has just been opened and someone named idlemichael seemed to have visited it. Below we have written down what My Little Pony products he saw today.

First up it seems like there will be a new playset featuring Celestia. According to Michael it was three levels high and covered with heart shaped QR-Codes for the new app they are making.

As expected the Cutie Mark Magic line will also be shown during this Toy Fair. We will see the already announced and available Water Cuties Brushables (the brushable snowglobes) but it also seems like Princess Cadance will get a new brushable with light. A new talking version? She was shown with some dodgy hair however. Hope they will fix that with her release.

The Hasbro Pop Line will also get some new Ponies as well. The 7 Inch Design-a-Pony Celestia was shown and a new pony (possible Luna) with black on her back that you need to scratch away to reveal purple. I really need to see some pics of this. Also some metallic POP Ponies were shown. That's quite awesome if you ask me.

The most interesting thing will be the fact that Equestria Girls 3 was announced during the toy fair. The movie will be about the Friendship Games were the Wondercolts will face-off against the Shadowcolts with a series of sport events. The dolls however didn't look that sporty but they had some "curious" sunglasses and a motocross bike was also shown. And very good news for those who wanted boy dolls. There will be a Flash Sentry doll!

At last the Pop Up Pinkie Pie Game we talked about earlier was shown.

People who have read the description of the upcoming Poppin' Pinkie Pie Game might have noticed that it mentioned that you can "Unlock the character in the My Little Pony Friendship Celebration app". While we didn't focus on that initially, we have now found out that this could be a huge thing. According to sources at the UK Toy Fair, Hasbro showed various new Cutie Mark Magic ponies (wrap-up coming soon) with QR-like codes in the shape of hearts (see mock-up above). The codes can be used in a new My Little Pony app, that is still in development, to unlock the character in the app. This seems like an approach from Hasbro to make your physical pony collection also available on your phone or tablet. Other features of the app have yet to be announced nor do we have an accurate image of the QR codes.
I'm interested in the exact way that Hasbro will use the QR codes to scan the ponies. If the codes are not unique, then someone could simply put all the QR codes online for everyone to scan. And if the codes are unique, then Hasbro should be sure that you can't simply scan them through the packaging in stores.
We hope to get some images of the venue as the Toy Fair continues for 2 more days.

Around 3 weeks after the initial theme change on the Hasbro.com website, they finally listed the promised Cutie Mark Magic products on their website. The products listed are equal to those listed on the French website, including the Sunset Shimmer and Dr. Hooves POP ponies. Even though they are finally listed on Hasbro.com, they're all still absent on HasbroToyShop.com, so you'll still have to use places like Amazon to order them online. We hope to post about more CMM releases soon, especially with the UK Toy Fair running right now and the NY Toy Fair coming soon. Perhaps after these announcements Hasbro will make more products available in their own store.

About a week before the official release Hot Topic already revealed and listed their exclusive cover for the Friendship is Magic #27 comic. The cover is, well, almost fully filled with Fluttershy as Saddle Rager! Rest of the cover is filled with a huge explosion and 3 owls holding lanterns. It seems that this would be based on a Hulk comic cover, but I don't know which one exactly. It also seems that Hot Topic has added their logo to the comic, which is the first time they do that as far as I know. The comic is available for pre-order on the Hot Topic website for $5.50, and while it's not mentioned, the comic will be released on January 28.
